They all use the Firm Pilates band that's included with the DVD (a long, flat latex sheet, similar to a Dyna-band). The band serves two purposes - it increases the intensity of some moves and it helps maintain the correct body position in others. All the Pilates classics are here, from leg circles and the hundred to double leg stretches and planks. In addition, you get Pilates-band variations of traditional toning moves like pushups and bicep curls. Alison Davis' cuing is encouraging and supportive.
